I’m a big fan of the landmine (or core trainer as it is preferably known). It allows for quite a few modifications for more joint friendly exercises and can make exercises more challenging on the core because of how we can change up the center of gravity.

P.S. If you don’t have the landmine you can put a towel in the corner of the gym and put the barbell in there and create a makeshift landmine that will allow you to do many of the exercises (although getting the tool makes a lot more sense to me 🙂 )
