A1: Three sizes for your option. The standard size is 21*13*3.9 inches, Queen size (firm version) is 24*15*4.6 inches, another Queen size (soft version) is 24*15*4.8 inches.

●For side sleepers: Simply use the side of the pillow. You can rest your entire shoulder close to the pillow and you’ll feel great.

●For back sleepers: Use the lower side of the pillow, including the contour. Either full or partial shoulder rest on the pillow will result in great sleep.

●For stomach sleepers: Use the high side while resting both of your shoulders on the pillow. This will ensure that your neck does not feel stiff in the morning. Great sleep is that easy!

Q4: What if the pillow is too thin? I’m not sure there is enough support for my neck and head.
