Rack position is the foundation for all kettlebell movements.
The one thing that I always coach is this position because no one knows how to do it right.
If you keep the elbows on your torso, you’ll have the tendency to lean when you get fatigued.
Try to keep the arms off the torso so you use an active strategy.
If you fatigue then you’ll take the passive one but if you’re using the passive one from the start then what happens next?
