20 Minute Upper Body Push Workout

Today I am 39 weeks pregnant and I’m so thankful to be able to rock this workout with you!

Today we will complete each of our 15 exercises for 60 seconds. There will be 15 seconds rest between each exercise where I will show you what’s next. This workout was so much fun and I can’t wait to see you pushing yourself through this one!
I used anywhere from my 5 pound dumbbells up to my 25 pound dumbbells for this workout.
I also used my bench for some slight modifications so grab yours if you need it!

1. Push ups
2. Chest Press
3. Chest Fly
4. Chest press pulse
5. Dumbbell push in and out
6. Standing fly
7. Dips
8. Skull Crushers
9. Tricep Kickbacks
10. Standing OH extensions
11. Straight arm push back
12. Shoulder Press
13. Lateral Raise
14. Front Raise
15. Arnold open and close to bent arm open and close
