Happy Wellness Wednesday! Today we want to talk about Intellectual/Mental Health wellness. Being not okay is valid and completely okay! But what is not okay is to stay that way, we aren’t built to stay unwell for extended periods of time. Therefore, we must channel that down and out energy into a more positive one, trust me, you are stronger than you believe. What steps can you take to help with this process of change? Talk to someone you trust, attend therapy, ultimately do what you feel is best for your road to recovery. Remember, you are an amazing and incredibly strong person, you got this!
