What was your motivation?
My health. My family.
What inspired you to start your weight loss journey?
Seeing people on Fitness On Fire’s profiles accomplishing their fitness goals inspired me. They all look so amazing.
How did you change your eating habits?
NutritionistGuru helped in that area. She provided a structure that was easy to follow. It’s amazing how changing your eating habits will change your thoughts about food. It becomes a total lifestyle.
I stopped eating POTATO CHIPS. Those were my favorites, along with hard candy. Now I make better choices.
What did your workouts consist of?
I started working out once a day. Then, somewhere in the middle of my journey, I went twice because I had the energy. I did workouts structured by my online trainer, King of the Fire of the Fitness on Fire Online Training program. Fire makes the workouts easy, and you see results fast as long as you stay committed.
How long did your transformation take?
It didn’t take long. During the first month, it looked as if nothing was happening. However, as I kept going, I began to see some changes. That motivated me to continue. Also, I received lots of encouragement from the Fitness on Fire Online Training team (my nutritionist and trainer).
I am not finished yet, as I am still working with my amazing team and getting closer and closer to my fitness goal and further away from where I started. So please continue to watch and support me and all the amazing women on their journey to a healthier them. There is so much more to come.
