What was your motivation? What inspired you to keep going, even when you wanted to give up?
To be completely honest, I was my motivation. Even in my darkest days, I envision a better, healthier version of myself. I kept myself inspired by constantly consuming positivity. I read tons of self-development books and practice meditation and yoga. That helps me stay consistent on this journey.
How did you change your eating habits?
I started by eating low-carb foods. Then I transitioned to full-blown Strict Keto. I completely stopped eating junk food altogether (like chips, crackers, etc.).
What did your workout routine consist of? How often did you work out?
I don’t have a strict workout routine, but when I work out, I always start with some type of weight lifting and finish off with cardio.

Starting Weight: 275 pounds

I restarted my journey in December 2020. It took me four months to drop 50 Plus Pounds.
What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned so far?
Be careful of what you think and say because those things can low-key manifest in your life.
What advice do you have for women who want to lose weight?
I know this sounds so cliche, but practice, consistency, self-discipline, and motivation only last for two weeks.
