Transformation of the Day: Moya lost 65 pounds and several dress sizes. She shared her story with us back in June and has lost 19 more pounds. This busy mom shared with us how she achieved and now maintained her awesome results by focusing on nutrition and exercise.

How have you maintained your weight loss/continued to lose weight? 
I’ve truly just taken the structure, lessons, and guidance I’ve learned from the “Fitness on Fire” Online Training Program and made it my lifestyle. Plus, I’m still in the program. They help me set new goals because they actually want me to succeed. They push you beyond levels you thought you could achieve, and I needed that!

What obstacles or setbacks have you faced during your journey, and how did you get back on track?
To be honest, seeing my body change kept me motivated to keep going. Regardless of life’s challenges, I never let them deter me from going to the gym. I had to balance being a mom, my son’s practice and games, and my daughter. However, I made it work where I could do both and stay focused on my goal. 

What has worked in terms of eating habits, and what worked in terms of exercise?
I follow the nutrition structure given to me by Nia, the Fitness on Fire online nutritionist. [@Nutritionistguru] She holds me accountable and ensures I am getting in the right amount of calories with proper, balanced nutrition and healthy food choices.

What lessons have you learned on this journey? What stands out the most
I’ve learned that I have to fully invest in myself to get the results I want. I’ve learned that having a structure is more important than many think, especially when you are a mom, work full time, and have a full plate. 

At this point, would you offer any new or different advice to others who want to lose weight?
My advice is to join @FITNESS_ON_FIRE online training if you want help transforming your body. Check out the Instagram and Facebook pages because the results are there, and they speak for themselves. Look at me, and I am not done yet! 

NutritionistGuru is excellent at what she does. These people are body magicians! This is my second time doing this program. They helped me years ago, and I came back. They didn’t disappoint.

No matter your fitness level or struggle with food, as long as you work the program, you will see results. They hold you accountable For every aspect of your journey. Plus, the rewards are not only physical but mental as well. 

I love my results, how my body looks, and how I feel overall with the status of my health. My confidence amazes me. I love it!
