What is your current weight?
Current weight: 154 pounds (Starting weight: 273 pounds)
How have you maintained your weight loss?
I have maintained my weight loss through better food choices: everything in moderation. I also incorporated weight lifting and did less cardio. Understanding the difference between actual hunger and just snacking out of boredom is also part of my journey.
Which of the lessons you’ve learned on your journey stands out the most?
Happiness is an inside job. Changing what you look like will not change how you feel inside if you don’t do the inner work and get to the true root of your unhappiness.
What new advice would you like to share with women who want to lose weight? Take lots of pictures and videos before and during your weight loss journey. My biggest regret is not having a lot of “before” pictures/videos to look back on to see how far I’ve really come.
