Transformation of the Day: Lena lost 112 pounds. She worked with two trainers and transformed her eating habits to release weight. She also transitioned to being Vegan during her journey. Her kids, family, friends, and loved ones inspired her to stay on course.
What was your motivation?
I wanted to become healthier.
What inspired you to keep going, even when you wanted to give up?
My children, family, friends, and loved ones inspired me.
How did you change your eating habits?
Initially, I weighed my food and stuck to a meal plan. Then, in April 2022, I became Vegan.
What foods did you stop or start eating?
I stopped eating processed foods.
What is your workout routine?
I do strength training. I have two personal trainers. One is virtual, @iamtheprinceoffitness, and the other is in person, @sandra_d_fitness. They both work together to help get me to my goals.
I work out for one hour a day, 4-5 times per week. I do cardio 1-2 days per week. I also love to dance and burn extra calories.
What was your starting weight? What is your current weight?
My starting weight was 250 pounds, and my current weight is 138 pounds.
What is your height?
Almost 5 feet tall. I’m 4 feet and 11 3/4″ inches tall.

From March 2021-June 2022, I lost 100+ pounds all naturally. Currently, I weigh 112 pounds down.

What advice do you have for women who want to lose weight?
Be consistent and fall in love with yourself.
