What was your motivation? What inspired you to keep going, even when you wanted to give up?
My motivation was to be the best version of myself for both myself and my kids. I wanted to give them the best of my energy and live life like never before!
How did you change your eating habits?
I eliminated meat and dairy for the most part. I also started 16:8 intermittent fasting.

I am a Yogi and also love to spin.

I work out two times per week.

My starting weight was 192 pounds, and my current weight is 123 pounds.
