This week, we whipped up the ultimate summer snack using protein-packed Greek yogurt. I loved that so many of you were cooking along with me, creating a stunning and scrumptious frozen bark starring melty chocolate, antioxidant-rich berries and creamy vanilla yogurt. Then I demo-ed another yummy version, Key Lime Pie Bark, featuring crumbly graham crackers and tart key lime juice.
