This week, we prepared for a summer filled with thrilling grilling by whipping up three mouthwatering burgers. We started off with a Fajita Burger loaded with red peppers, onions and taco seasoning, then topped with avocado, salsa and sour cream (or Greek yogurt) and served on a toasty tortilla. Next up, we had a sweet treat: A Peach Caprese Burger, which features a moist turkey burger layered with cheesy mozzarella, grilled peaches, aromatic basil, peppery arugula leaves and a tangy balsamic glaze.
