February Strala Home Calendar: Express Yourself!


We’re so inspired by this you and this community’s dedication to all the time self love and self care that we don’t need to double do it, specifically on this in-your-face month of love. Over the years we’ve noticed something awesome arises with a community who regularly shows up for themselves in a loving way. Self expression bubbles up and overflows. When you take good care of you, one of the many wonderful side effects is you are more in line with who you are and what makes you unique. This month, let’s celebrate and express exactly who you are, together. Express Yourself!

By community request, we’ve extended Dance of Life to every Sunday this month. Everyone is invited. If you can feel you can dance. This class includes our tai chi infused breath body connection and moving easily from the center. The movements focus on whole body harmony and a whole lot of fun. We started this as a one time workshop and the feedback has been overwhelmingly to keep it going, so we dance.

We are a month into the 500+Hour Advanced Teacher Training in Tai Chi and QiGong Training with a wonderful, global group. We meet live, every Saturday for two practice sessions and group sessions and conversation during the week. The live classes are available for you after any time. Reach out if you’d like to join.

We are grateful to offer our first In-Person Training since Jan 2020. Wow are we ready to be together with you all again in Berlin.
