USA Swimming Announces 2024 U.S. Olympic Team Trials Event Schedule

USA Swimming on Wednesday unveiled the schedule for 2024 U.S. Olympic Team Trials, to be held in Indianapolis.

The competition will run from June 15-23, 2014. It will include 17 sessions over nine days, with eight preliminary sessions and nine finals. It will run from Saturday through the following Sunday. The apex is the Wednesday night session, which will include five event finals.

“The schedule for Indianapolis will foster an ultra-competitive swimming environment and a fantastic spectator experience,” USA Swimming National Team Managing Director Lindsay Mintenko said in a press release. “The opportunity for our high-performance athletes to compete on a stage of this magnitude is inherent to their growth and development, in and out of the pool.”

After four straight Olympic Trials, dating back to 2008, in Omaha, the Trials shift to Indianapolis. It was also the location of the 1924 Olympic Trials, for a Games held in Paris that year. Trials will be held in the spacious setting of Lucas Oil Stadium, home of the Indianapolis Colts.

Tickets will go on sale to the public on Feb. 1, 2023. Three-day packages are available as of June 15, 2023, with single-day and single-session tickets to be available at a time to be announced.
