Hi, I’m Courtney Miller. And I wanna share with you three tips to help you form a healthy habit, like a daily Pilates practice. So, my first piece of advice is accountability. Find somebody to work out with. Even if you just let them know that you’re planning a workout, they can check in with you to make sure that you did, in fact, complete what you had planned.
The other thing I suggest is find a workout that you love to do. All movement is good movement. If you like to dance, dance. If you like weight training, then give that a try. And my last piece of advice is to add your new habit to an existing habit that you’re already doing, especially if it’s one that you won’t break.
For example, if you love to scroll on Instagram, commit to yourself that before you dive into that 10-minute, 20-minute, 60-minute Instagram session, that you’re gonna complete your workout first. I hope these help you. They definitely help me. I’ll see you soon.
