Welcome to a brand-new season of Dance Fitsugar! Hit the floor with host, choreographer, and content creator Amanda LaCount, who will be leading this beginner-friendly 30-minute dance workout joined by Paris Nicole and Poofy Moffitino! This routine will take you step by step, so don’t be afraid to try something new. Be prepared to start off with a quick warmup, and jump right into some fun dance combos! Don’t worry, if this is your first time, LaCount will make sure to drill the moves with you until you feel confident and fierce as you hit each eight count!
LaCount is a dancer, choreographer, actress, model, and creator of the #BreakingTheStereotype movement, which promotes the belief that any “body” can be a dancer. She’s performed with Rihanna, Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Lizzo, and Meghan Trainor and on “DWTS.”
